Step 1: In the top menu bar, go to the "CRM" dropdown and select "Notes".

Step 2: Click the "Add New Note" button. A pop-up form will appear, allowing you to create a new note.

Step 3: Fill in the required fields with your note details, then click "Add Note" to save it.

Step 4: To edit an existing note, click the three dots in the top-right corner of the note card, then select "Edit".

Step 5: After making your updates, click "Update Note" in the pop-up to save your changes.
