How to Add Q&A

The Questions & Answers (Q&A) feature allows customers to ask about your business directly from your profile. Adding your own FAQs helps provide quick information, reduce repetitive inquiries, and improve customer trust.

How to Add Q&A (Questions and Answers)
1. From your dashboard, hover over the left-hand menu. Place your mouse pointer here.

2. The tab should appear as illustrated below.

3. Click settings.

4. Click Business Profile

5. Click Q&A

6. It should prompt you to this section
