Billing & Subscription: How to See Payment History - Failed Status

The Failed status in your payment history shows transactions that were not successfully processed. This helps you identify payment issues and take action to resolve them.

1. From your dashboard, hover over the left-hand menu. Place your mouse pointer here.

2. The tab should appear as illustrated below.

3. Click Settings.

4. Click Payment History.

5. Click the Drop Down Box. Select Failed
