1. From your dashboard, hover over the left-hand menu. Place your mouse pointer here.
2. The tab should appear as illustrated below.
3. Click Settings.
4. Scroll Down. Under Workforce Management, go Member Directory
5. Click Active
Workforce Management: How to See Active Members
The Active Members section in Workforce Management allows you to view all team members who currently have active access to your organization. This helps administrators easily identify users who are actively part of the workforce.
