Overview

Learn how to view, filter, and manage the leads you receive in Inkris. Every lead entering the platform has been prequalified for purchase intent, quality, and matches the location targeting you have set up.

Lead Verification Process

Before a lead is made available, Inkris verifies:

  • Phone Number – Ensuring it is a valid, reachable number.

  • Email Address – Preventing fake or invalid email submissions.

This means it is very rare to receive a lead with incorrect contact details. However, in case any inaccuracies slip through, you can still track leads with the "Wrong Contact Info" status.

Why Updating Lead Status is Important

As you update lead statuses, this feedback helps Inkris optimize the types of leads you receive. If the platform detects you are having success with a particular product type or location, it will prioritize similar leads to improve your conversion rate.

Lead Status Options

To streamline lead tracking, Inkris provides several status options:

  1. No Contact Made Yet

  2. Contacted - No Response

  3. Interested - Awaiting Next Steps

  4. Requires Follow-up

  5. Deal in Progress

  6. Proposal Sent - Awaiting Decision

  7. Closed Won (Converted to Client)

  8. Closed Lost - Not Moving Forward

  9. Not Interested at This Time

  10. Wrong Contact Info

  11. Duplicate Inquiry

  12. Outside My Service Area

  13. Unrelated Service Request

  14. Unqualified Inquiry

  15. Inquiry Ghosted

How to Update a Lead Status

  1. Go to Inquiries – Navigate to your list of inquiries.

  2. Select an Inquiry – Click on any inquiry available.

  3. Update Status

    • On the top-right corner, you will see a pencil icon with the default status "No Contact Made Yet."

    • Click on the pencil, select the correct status based on the current stage of the lead, and click Save.

Tracking Inquiry Updates

Once updated, the new status will immediately reflect in your list of inquiries, allowing you to quickly assess their current state without having to open them individually. This saves time and helps manage follow-ups more efficiently.

Note: If you do not see inquiries listed, this may be because you are in a new workspace or are not subscribed to receive inquiries. Inquiries will only appear if you have active leads coming into your account.
