Why Enable Automatic Lead Purchase?

Automatic lead purchase ensures a steady flow of leads without manual intervention, allowing service providers to increase their lead quota seamlessly. This feature provides a set-and-forget experience, meaning you can receive additional leads without upgrading your subscription. Instead of committing to a higher fixed monthly fee, you can opt for a Pay-As-You-Go model where leads are automatically added to your account as needed.

How Pricing Works

Automated lead purchases are categorized as Premium Pay-As-You-Go Leads. Unlike standard subscription-based leads, these purchased leads will always roll over, meaning they won’t expire.

  • No Additional Subscription Fee: You only pay for what you need, without upgrading to a different subscription.

  • Pricing Discount: The cost per lead decreases as you opt for a higher lead quota increase. You can check the pricing details using the slider in the Premium Lead Settings section.

  • Easy Opt-Out: You can disable automatic lead purchases at any time while keeping your existing subscription intact.


How Automated Lead Purchase Works

Automatic lead purchases only trigger when your last lead or inquiry quota is exhausted. This means that once your quota reaches zero, the system will automatically increase your lead count based on your preset settings—provided there is a successful credit card charge.

When It Works:

✅ When your last lead quota is used, the system will auto-purchase additional leads. ✅ If you have a valid payment method on file with sufficient funds. ✅ Leads are delivered instantly once the transaction is successful.

When It Does Not Work:

❌ If you have a zero lead quota at the time of setup (it will not trigger immediately). ❌ If you don’t have a valid credit/debit card on file with enough balance to cover the purchase.


How to Set Up Automatic Lead Purchase

To enable automatic lead purchases, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings:

    • Go to Settings > Marketplace Inquiry & Lead Settings

    • Locate the "Pay-As-You-Go Premium Leads" section

  2. Enable Auto-Renew:

    • Toggle "Auto-Renew On" to activate automated purchases.

  3. Adjust Auto-Renew Quantity:

    • Click "Adjust Auto-Renew Inquiry Quantity" to open the settings modal.

    • Set your desired automatic lead quota increase.

    • Save your preferences.

  4. Review Pricing:

    • Use the slider in Premium Lead Settings to see pricing based on different lead quotas.

    • Note that higher quota increases come with discounted per-lead rates.
