1. From your dashboard, hover over the left-hand menu. Place your mouse pointer here.
2. The tab should appear as illustrated below.
3. Click Settings.
4. Scroll Down, then Click Custom Fields
5. Click Add Custom Field
Custom fields let you store additional information about a person or company that isn’t included in the default system fields. In Intercom, adding custom fields helps you organize, segment, and personalize your contacts more effectively.
