1. From your dashboard, hover over the left-hand menu. Place your mouse pointer here.
2. The tab should appear as illustrated below.
3. Click Settings.
4. Scroll Down, then Click Custom Fields
5. Click Deals
6. Click this to show other fields
Custom fields for deals in Intercom allow you to store additional information about your deals that isn’t included in the default system fields. They help your team track deal-specific details, segment deals, and automate workflows efficiently.
