Billing & Subscription: How to Add Telephony License

A Telephony License allows a user to access and use the platform’s telephony features such as calling, call logging, and other phone-related capabilities. Administrators can add telephony licenses to their subscription.

1. From your dashboard, hover over the left-hand menu. Place your mouse pointer here.

2. The tab should appear as illustrated below.

3. Click Settings.

4. Scroll Down under Billing & Subscription, and Click Subscription and Licenses

5. Click Telephony

6. Press the + button to add and - to deduct licenses.
