Billing & Subscription: How to Migrate to Credit System

The Credit System allows you to manage telephony usage more flexibly by purchasing call, SMS, or telephony credits instead of being limited by fixed monthly minutes. Migrating to this system gives you more control over usage and billing.

1. From your dashboard, hover over the left-hand menu. Place your mouse pointer here.

2. The tab should appear as illustrated below.

3. Click Settings.

4. Scroll Down under Billing & Subscription, and Click Subscription and Licenses

5. Click Telephony

6. Click Phone Numbers

7. Click Migrate Now
