Billing & Subscription: How to Delete Existing Phone Number

If you no longer need a phone number assigned to your account, you can delete it from the Billing & Subscription section. Deleting a number will remove it from your account and free up any associated telephony resources.

1. From your dashboard, hover over the left-hand menu. Place your mouse pointer here.

2. The tab should appear as illustrated below.

3. Click Settings.

4. Scroll Down under Billing & Subscription, and Click Subscription and Licenses

5. Click Telephony

6. Click Phone Numbers

7. Click the Trash Bin Icon to Delete the Existing Phone Number
