Where to Find How to Select Team Members to Include in the Round-Robin.
1. From your dashboard, hover over the left-hand menu. Place your mouse pointer here.
2. The tab should appear as illustrated below.
3. Click Settings.
4. Click Routing & Preferences
5. Click Tutorials and Guides. Then click Auto-Distribute
6. Toggle Rotation Participants that you want to include in receiving leads. Manage Team if you want them to be added on the list, and turn them off by toggling it.
