Optimize & Automate: Automated Follow-up System

Generating leads is expensive. Losing them due to slow responses or inconsistent follow-up is even more costly. An optimized and automated follow-up system ensures every inquiry is contacted immediately, nurtured consistently, and tracked intelligently.

1. From your dashboard, hover over the left-hand menu. Place your mouse pointer here.

2. The tab should appear as illustrated below.

3. Click Settings.

4. Click Routing & Preferences

5. Click Tutorials & Guides. Scroll down.

6. Under Automated Follow Ups. Click setup Follow Ups.

7. It will prompt you to this page. Click Activate System.
