Step 1: Access Your Settings
Log into your account.
Click on the Settings button at the top of the page.
Step 2: Navigate to Marketplace Inquiry & Lead Settings
Scroll down until you see the Marketplace Inquiry & Lead Settings section.
Click on Your Services to begin configuring your service preferences.
Step 3: Add Your Services
On the Marketplace Inquiry Settings page, locate the Your Services section.
Click the Add Services button.
Step 4: Configure Your Service Preferences
A Manage Your Service Inquiries pop-up will appear, displaying three key fields:
Service – Select the primary service you offer.
New Services You're Adding – Specify additional services you want to include.
Suggested Related Services – View recommended services based on your selection.
Carefully review and complete all three fields to ensure accuracy.
Click SAVE to finalize your service preferences.
Step 5: Define Your Service Areas
Scroll down to the Customer Locations section.
Click the Add a Location button to define the areas where you provide services.
Step 6: Choose Your Location Targeting Method
After clicking Add a Location, a pop-up will appear, presenting three different ways to define your service area:
Target by Distance – Set a radius around a specific location.
Target by Travel Time – Define areas based on how long it takes to travel.
Draw on Map – Manually outline your service area.
You can use one or multiple methods to refine your targeting.
Step 7: Configure Target by Distance (If Selected)
If you choose Target by Distance, the Set Distance pop-up will appear.
Complete the following fields:
Enter a Location – Search by city name or postal code.
Distance – Specify a radius (in kilometers) from your selected location.
Click Next to proceed.
Step 8: Assign Services to Your Targeted Area
Once you have set your distance preferences, the Services pop-up will appear.
Select the specific services you provide within this area.
Click Save to confirm your settings.
Step 9: Configure Target by Travel Time (If Selected)
If you prefer to define your service area by Travel Time, click on this option in the pop-up.
The Set Travel Time pop-up will appear.
Fill in the required fields:
Enter a Location – Input a postal code or town name.
Travel Time – Set a maximum travel time in minutes or hours.
Travel Mode – Choose how you travel (e.g., driving, walking).
Click Save to apply these settings.
Step 10: Use Draw on Map for Custom Service Areas (Optional)
If you want full control over your service area, you can manually outline it on a map:
Select Draw on Map from the location options.
Use the interactive map to click and drag, drawing the boundary of your service area.
Once completed, click Save to finalize your selection.
